Doctor-referred/prescribed -- If you have a referral or prescription from your doctor or chiropractor for Medical Massage, please be sure we have that written prescription in our files.  We do not accept insurance or provide coded Superbills, but upon request (mention it prior to the appointment), we can provide chart notes and a receipt.
