Goal Balancing helps you overcome personal blocks such as negative beliefs and patterns that may be preventing you from achieving your goals and ultimate happiness.  By gaining clarity on what you would like to affirm into your life, incorporating (easy and gentle) exercises and stretches designed to help take the brain out of stress, and utilizing energy and/or emotional clearing techniques, you can much more quickly and easily achieve your goals.  Some examples of such goals may be attracting abundance and prosperity; feeling healthy, strong, and supported; enhancing relationships with others, opening up to love, or attracting your soul mate; gaining clarity on your next steps; overcoming stage fright, anxiety, and other fears... The possibilities are endless!  Most goals will likely require just one session.  Give it a try and see what you can achieve.


Session durations may vary.  We allot for 90 minutes.  If we accomplish what we need to much quicker than that, we can round out the session time with Craniosacral Therapy or Energy Work to help integrate the goal.
