1. Choose "Take 5 Bodywork (Office)" below as the location for your session. This scheduler is only for in-office sessions. For in-home sessions, please call/text to schedule: 805-637-3586.
2. Select your desired service.
3. Select the date and time of your choice. You may scroll ahead to future weeks. If you don't see the time you are looking for, call/text Suzanna at (805) 637-3586.
4. Proceed to the booking questionnaire. Be sure to click the "Schedule Appointment" button at the bottom.
5. Once complete, check that you have received the confirmation email and follow instructions within. If this is your first time scheduling online, or are using a new email address, you may be asked to verify your email address before your booking can be completed. If you don't see the email, be sure to also check your spam folder.
